geoJob is the first employment agency specialized exclusively in the infrastructure and construction sector.

The idea of ​​GeoJOB Recruitment was born while Vittorio M. Borgo was Personnel Manager of a leader international group in the construction sector.

Finding qualified personnel is difficult. Finding the right geo-localized people near construction sites is impossible if you don’t spend years and years creating a database.

We felt the need for this. We felt we needed to tap into a large database of professionals. Possibly this database had to tell us the candidate’s data, his specialization, the employment status and the place of residence.

Today geoJOB has this database. It has more than 10,000 profiles of workers in the construction, plant engineering.

We have in-house executives, office workers and workers throughout Italy and many countries in Europe.

How much time does a company waste to find and select qualified personnel for the construction sector?
